KENTON'S PERSPECTIVE
My vision of a ‘connected community’ is what sparked the creation of the EC platform. To have the ability to connect people solely for their own personal and professional growth has always been a passion and fortunately has become regular coffee talk between executives. My network inspires me, so I’m driven to find innovative and creative ways to add value back to them. Over the course of the past 20 years, I’ve watched events and event companies deteriorate because they’ve lost focus and most importantly, their value proposition. Even with the acceleration of technology it’s never going to take away the
importance of the human interaction as it just yields better results. Executive Connection exists for just this reason, to create beneficial outcomes.
Having a strong background in technology sales and a masters in listening, I focus on the long game as there are no short cuts. I stay committed in every aspect of my own life: family, work, faith, and friendships. I love to be different and constantly challenge the status quo, that’s how you turn the dial.
